  • Make sure you are logging in with the correct MitID and that your MitID app or device is working properly.

  • You are registered in ROFUS
  • If you have self-excluded from gambling through the Danish ROFUS register, you will not be able to access your account.

  • Your account is suspended or closed
  • Your account may have been temporarily blocked due to security checks or at your own request.
