If you’re unable to log in to your account, please try the following steps:

  1. Check your MitID login
  2. Make sure you are using the correct MitID credentials and that your MitID app or device is working properly.

  3. Verify your internet connection
  4. A weak or unstable connection can sometimes interrupt the MitID login process.

  5. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
  6. Outdated cookies or cache data may prevent successful login.

  7. Check if your account is blocked or self-excluded
  8. If you are registered in ROFUS or your account has been suspended, you will not be able to log in.

If you are still not able to log in to your account, contact Customer support for assistance and provide a screenshot of the error message you received.
